The barrels are available with a thickness of up to 2 inches, and customers can select from two undersize options for the cutting teeth: a 2-inch undersize using .990 teeth or a 3-inch undersize that fits 38mm teeth. The height of the core barrel is also customizable, based on the depth requirements of the customer’s drilling project.

Customers have several layout pattern options for the teeth, which can be configured as 3 tooth, 5 tooth, or 7 tooth patterns. This allows for flexibility in adapting the core barrel to the specific drilling conditions and the desired cutting efficiency.

For the core barrel parts, there are options for .990 Rock Wear Parts and 38mm Rock Wear Parts. The .990 options include the .990 Standard (30122), the .990 Dragon’s Tooth® (30145), and the .990 Dragon Holder (32049). These parts are designed for effective cutting and longevity in rock drilling applications.

The 38mm Rock Wear Parts include the B47K19LK80-H (30182), the 38mm Dragon’s Tooth® (30188), and the 38mm Round Dragon Holder (32110). These components are also tailored for durability and performance in challenging rock conditions.
