Articulation:

Constructed from high-yield strength Weldox steel, the CR25 features an articulation system with larger dimensions for enhanced durability. Double boom cylinders contribute to safety and efficiency, even in the most challenging articulation positions, while the Front of the Wall feature allows for a continuous movement range of +/- 93°.

Mast:

The modular mast is built with high-yield strength Weldox steel, ensuring utmost safety across all working positions. The integrated crowd-pull-back system within the base mast boasts a maximum pull-back force of 18 tons (39,600 lbs). The sliding clamps, with a 1000mm (3ft 3in) stroke and pull-back force of 20 tons (44,000 lbs), accommodate double or triple clamps with a maximum diameter of 18 inches.

Engine:

The CR25 is powered by a 310HP engine, equipped with PMS to minimize fuel consumption and emissions. The Full Load Sensing power system adjusts the hydraulic system based on drilling needs, optimizing efficiency and reducing consumption. An 11-inch touch screen provides a user-friendly interface for all machine setting operations.

High Stability:

During the design phase, special emphasis was placed on the machine’s stability, both in transit and during drilling, particularly when performing tie-backs with the mast positioned transversely to the undercarriage. The structural components are generously oversized, and the telescopic expandable tracks ensure safety and maneuverability. This stability is maintained even when using lattice extensions for Jet Grouting injections to depths of 30 meters (98 feet).

High Tech:

The CR25’s electronic system offers comprehensive machine control, including general telematics, fault diagnosis, maneuvering speed customization, active and passive safety features, and remote real-time control. The entire machine is managed by a state-of-the-art Radio Command with a color display, ensuring precision and ease of use for the operator.
